A self-serve infrastructure console replacing a support queue that handled 900 tickets a month.

Every Nimbus customer action — resizing an instance, rotating a key, adding a team member — went through a support ticket. Nine hundred a month, most of them trivial, all of them a person.
A Next.js console over their existing provisioning API, with real-time job status over WebSockets so a customer watches a resize happen rather than refreshing. Full RBAC with organisations, teams and per-resource permissions, plus an audit log their enterprise customers required.
Support tickets fell 71% in the first quarter. Median time-to-resize went from 4.5 hours to 40 seconds, and the audit log unblocked two enterprise deals that had stalled on compliance.

A 30-minute call, no deck. You describe the problem, we tell you honestly whether we are the right team for it — and what it would realistically cost.
